General Requirements

• Proof from a veterinarian of current vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) is required.

• Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses and parasites.

• Owners must provide emergency contact information.

Dog Daycare Policies

• Dogs must complete a temperament assessment before enrollment.

• Drop-off and pick-up must occur within designated hours.

• Any aggressive behavior may result in suspension or removal from daycare.

• Owners must provide food if their dog requires meals during the day.

• We provide necessary rest breaks for all dogs to prevent overstimulation.

Dog Walking Policies

• Walks are scheduled in advance and require a secure method of entry to the home.

• Owners must provide a secure collar/harness and leash.

• Dogs exhibiting aggressive or reactive behavior will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Walk duration may be adjusted due to extreme weather conditions for safety.

In-Home Visit Policies

• Visits are customized based on the pet’s needs (feeding, potty breaks, medication, etc.).

• Special accommodations for medical conditions must be discussed in advance.

• Owners must disclose any behavioral concerns before the first visit.

• For puppies, a safe and designated area should be set up for visits.

Basic Grooming Policies

• Grooming services must be scheduled in advance.

• Dogs must be comfortable with handling; aggressive or highly anxious dogs may not be eligible for certain services.

• Owners must disclose any skin conditions or sensitivities before the grooming session.

• Grooming services do not include full haircuts or breed-specific styling.

• If a dog becomes overly stressed, we reserve the right to discontinue the service for their well-being.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Payment for dog walking and in-home visits is due at the time of booking.

• Payment for daycare and grooming services is due on the day of service.

• If taking advantage of multiple booking discounts, payment is due on the first scheduled service day.

• Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice to avoid fees.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur full-service charges.

• Package discounts are available for recurring services.

Emergency Protocols

• In case of a medical emergency, we will contact the owner and designated vet.

• If urgent care is needed, we will transport the pet to the nearest veterinary clinic.

• Any medical costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner.

Liability & Waiver

• While we take every precaution to ensure safety, owners acknowledge that pet interactions carry inherent risks.

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, sudden illness, or injuries beyond our control.

• Owners must sign a liability waiver before services begin.
