Book your Pack Intro
The Pack Intro helps us understand your dog’s behaviour, personality, and social comfort level in a social comfort level in a calm, supportive setting.
During the session, we:
🐾 Observe their play style, temperament, and group dynamics
🐾 Evaluate comfort with off-leash play and enrichment activities
🐾 Identify any special needs, preferences or sensitivities
🐾 Recommend the services and environment that will suite them best.
This thoughtful approach helps create a safe, balanced space for every dog—and gives your pup the best possible start to life in the Pawz Up pack.
Pack Intro Times (30 Min Sessions):
Monday to Friday 1pm OR 3pm
What to Expect after your
submission for a Pack Intro
🐾 You will receive a confirmation that your email was submitted
🐾 A Team member will review your time request and contact you within 2 business days.
🐾 We will take all your information and Confirm your session at our facility.
🐾 After your session and confirmation to our pack we will ask you to create your Pawz Up Play account within our booking system. You are free to book all your services!
